Cancellation Policy
Brow Appointments:
• All brow-related appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service. No exceptions.
• Please note, all services are final, and no refunds will be provided for completed treatments.
Permanent Makeup Appointments:
• A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• First-time appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance, and touch-up appointments require 48 hours’ notice.
• Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions.
• Please note, all services are final, and no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.
