CANCELLATION POLICY
Brow Appointments: • All brow-related appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. • Last-minute cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service. No exceptions. • Please note, all services are final, and no refunds will be provided for completed treatments. Permanent Makeup Appointments: • A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your appointment. • First-time appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance, and touch-up appointments require 48 hours’ notice. • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions. • Please note, all services are final, and no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.

Ornella Macías
Hello, my name is Ornella Macias. I am an Esthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist. In 2018 | started studying Esthetics at Gaston College because I always had an interest in everything skin care. I graduated in 2019 as an Esthetician. In 2020 | started studying PMU at the Powderbrows Technique at Phiacademy. In 2022, I took the Masterclass in Microblading and Powderbrows techniques at ES Academy ,I am always expanding my knowledge and continue to learn the latest techniques.
